We are 5IP Technology GmbH, a Swiss technology company exploring how human intelligence and AI can work together to support better decisions.
How 5IP began.
Most transformations fail. More than 70% of attempts to significantly improve results with limited resources and limited time do not reach their goal. With the Transformation Code, 8 out of 10 succeed.
Its foundation is a set of mental models developed and applied in CEO practice. Today the Transformation Code is delivered in workshops. 5IP exists to translate those models into AI, so that transformations can succeed independently of any one person.
Along the way, a second conviction took shape: AI makes software possible for small and mid-sized companies that could never have afforded it, or could not wait for it.

Co-founder. Specialist in translating mental models into AI. His work includes Manja.ai, an AI sales coach, and Immersive AI Workshops that help companies become AI-native.
What connects them is a drive for exploration and a shared conviction: AI changes who can afford good software, and who can make a transformation work.

The Transformation Code is marketed and delivered through di3logy AG, a marketing and consulting platform. di3logy brings the method to companies in workshops; 5IP builds the technology that carries it into AI.
